The tax withholding integration enables new hires to complete all required forms quickly and efficiently during onboarding in ServiceNow. Employees are provided with all the necessary forms automatically, based on their home and work addresses, and are also guided throughout the process to ensure all the forms are filled out properly. After the forms are completed and digitally signed, the withholding election data is passed back in real-time to ServiceNow.
